The 'Wiki Loves Onam' project encourages people to upload their self-taken Onam-related images to Wikimedia Commons from September 1-30. This will help improve Onam-related articles on Malayalam, English, and other language Wikipedias, as well as preserve the cultural significance of Onam for future generations.
